📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure that all production targets are met.
  • Work closely with the production team to identify and implement improvements to the production process.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and quality control measures are followed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Provide regular reports on production progress and any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
  • Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using production management software.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
