📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
• Assist with guest complaints and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in front office reception or similar roles in hospitality
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS)
• Familiarity with local regulations and hospitality industry standards
