Polymer Chemicals Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Badung, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including pumps, compressors, motors, and control panels.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections and testing to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades to our machinery and systems.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and maintenance schedules.
• Participate in safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and support staff in maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successful maintenance projects and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Valid certifications in mechanical and electrical maintenance, such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
