As an Assistant Plant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Plant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality control, to implement and monitor operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient use of resources and materials, minimizing waste and downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of production lines and equipment to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on production performance, including output, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control systems.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for production planning and control.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.
