📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain Business Agents (BA) and Mitras.
• Engage with potential partners, showcasing the benefits of partnering with BFI Finance Indonesia.
• Leverage your expertise in mortgage products and services to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mortgage marketing.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Business Agents and Mitras.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on financial services or mortgage products.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic recruitment and marketing efforts.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and the regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential partners.
• Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• Certification in mortgage products or financial services is a plus.
