📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 accounting and inventory control professionals.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health.
• Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and warehousing.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using tools like SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting and inventory control, preferably in a retail environment.
• Certification in accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
