📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure new equipment and systems as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records of equipment performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEE).
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and building automation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
