📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform lashing operations to secure cargo on vessels, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading.
• Inspect cargo and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work with the team to develop and implement lashing plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety checks and inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on lashing techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of lashing operations and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lashing Specialist or similar role in the maritime industry.
• Certification as a Lashing Specialist (e.g., ISM Code, ISPS Code, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with lashing equipment and tools such as chain, wire rope, and synthetic lashing materials.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to cargo operations.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts and be on call as required.
