📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans and forecasts using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Monitor budget performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and special assignments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using Power BI, Excel, and SAP for financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (CFP, CPA, or similar) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
