📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of service during peak hours.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain and improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
