📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the group's financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial information to regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support the group's decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with the Finance Director and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function.
• Monitor and control the group's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to support the group's financial management and reporting needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certification in accounting or finance, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA, is a plus.
