Rexline Engineering Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal & IR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company, managing investor relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of corporate governance and investor relations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's management and employees,Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Manage investor relations, including preparing and distributing financial reports, press releases, and other investor communications,Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations,Stay up-to-date with changes in legal and regulatory requirements,Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or corporate governance role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in English and Indonesian,Experience in investor relations is a plus,Familiarity with financial reporting and corporate governance frameworks
