The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality audit reports and recommendations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting comprehensive internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations to management and the audit committee.,Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities within the organization.,Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements and other records.,Developing and implementing audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information and evidence for audits.,Providing training and guidance to junior auditors and other staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Staying updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a corporate environment.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
