🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in guest service or related roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bali.,Valid work permit for Indonesia.
