PT Cempaka Bhakti is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets all sales and service targets.
  • Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of performance.
  • Monitor and report on store performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
  • Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent brand standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
