📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing store inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Processing orders and managing customer inquiries.
  • Assisting with store setup and maintenance.
  • Monitoring store sales and performance metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both online and in-store customers.
  • Assisting with promotional activities and events.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve store goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or store administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and retail management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Must be able to work remotely and meet deadlines.
