In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
