Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing departmental strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitoring and evaluating departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Representing the department at company meetings and events.
  • Ensuring the department's contributions to the company's overall success.
  • Managing the department's budget and resources effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
