CV Ratu Optima is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our stores, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business objectives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of store staff, providing them with the necessary training and support to help them succeed.,Monitor store sales and inventory levels, and work with the procurement team to ensure that we have the right products in stock.,Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns that will help us drive sales.,Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools and technologies.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
