PT Berkah Fajar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Bogor, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and mentoring junior technicians. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ongoing research and development projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance is a plus.,Experience in regulatory compliance and quality management systems is a plus.
