In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our human resources function, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and contributing to the overall success of the company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the HR function, including recruitment, training, and employee development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Oversee the performance management process, including performance appraisals and development plans.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with HRIS and other HR technology tools is a plus.
