Sun Town Cemerlang is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Staff Admin to join our team in Subang. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the office operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting with office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Supporting the HR department with recruitment and employee onboarding processes.,Managing office supplies and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.,Assisting with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.,Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Maintaining and updating the company's database and other administrative systems.,Assisting with the coordination of office events and activities, such as team-building exercises and social events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or office environment.,Familiarity with office management software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
