📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and supervise a team of 5-7 accounting and inventory control professionals.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health.
- Oversee inventory management, including procurement, stock control, and warehousing.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using tools like SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and inventory control, preferably in a retail environment.
- Certification in accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
