📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all civil engineering activities at the manufacturing plant, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Design and plan civil engineering projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the condition of infrastructure and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate civil engineering solutions with overall plant operations.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability practices in all civil engineering projects.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on manufacturing plants.
• Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, with a strong understanding of civil engineering software.
• Certification in relevant safety and regulatory standards, such as OSHA or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in civil engineering.
