Shine Space Lestari is looking for a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Experience with network protocols and configurations.Familiarity with IT security best practices and standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work remotely and on-site as needed.
