PT Ekspresi Maha is seeking a highly organized and professional Senior Receptionist to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.,Check-in and check-out guests, and manage guest records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and resolve complaints or issues promptly and professionally.,Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and office software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Previous experience in a high-volume reception environment is a plus.
