📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle all guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and local attractions.,Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and ensure all necessary documents are up-to-date.,Monitor and manage front desk operations to ensure high levels of service quality.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local attractions and travel services is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Sumatera Utara.
