📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the section.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards of service.,Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in section management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and relevant HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
