📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of samplers and wet preparators to ensure efficient and accurate sampling processes.,Supervise the collection, preparation, and analysis of samples to meet quality standards.,Develop and implement sampling protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.,Conduct training and development activities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate sampling processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the sampling process.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sampling activities with overall project objectives.,Maintain accurate records and reports of sampling activities for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sampling and wet preparation processes.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a laboratory or sampling environment.,Strong knowledge of sampling techniques, equipment, and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with attention to detail.,Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data management and reporting.
