Sentral Bimo Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have a pleasant stay.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant and its services.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with event planning and coordination for weddings and other special occasions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in office software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus.,Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
