📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best possible deals for the company.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and select the most suitable suppliers for our needs.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to track spending and identify areas for cost savings.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
