📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to fleet users, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
