HR Operations & Shared Services Consultant - Bali (Hybrid Work Model)

As a member of our HR team in Canggu, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes and supporting shared services. Your mission is to ensure seamless HR operations, from payroll and benefits administration to employee relations and compliance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional HR solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

In this role, you'll use a range of HR tools and software, including Workday, BambooHR, and ADP. You'll also have the chance to work on exciting projects for global clients, gaining valuable experience and exposure to diverse industries.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Support employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts.
• Optimize HR workflows and processes using HRIS systems.
• Provide HR consulting services to support business objectives and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional HR solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR operations and shared services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional certification in HR, such as PHR, SPHR, or CHRP, is a plus.
