CV Nusantara Kencana is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including stock taking and replenishment.,Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the warehouse, adhering to company policies and regulations.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and monitor warehouse procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, ensuring minimal downtime.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
