📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor procurement spend and identify areas for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the procurement manager in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices.
